Below, I’m sharing the major change affecting all businesses and why you should start that LLC before 2024 ends. My goal is to help you best prepare for 2025 and get your business strategically aligned for what’s coming.
New Federal reporting under The Corporate Transparency Act is now required for all business types, and started January 1, 2024. Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting will require mostly ALL LLCs, C & S Corps to share requested info. Failure to report within required timeline will result in $500/day fine!
